- In order to avail of the early bird your space must be confirmed with full pre-payment by INSERT DATE
- No cancellation will be accepted after 4 weeks prior to the date of exhibition. Cancellation fee of 50% becomes payable in such instance.
- Exhibitor pack will be issued prior to the event with all event details.
- Please note that the event management reserve the right to modify the exhibition layout.
